Canvas Select Plus works with original BMPCC
Canvas Select Plus SD and micro SD cards work with the original BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera for me. 512GB gives you over 2 hours of recording time in raw at 24 fps. Ran a 10 minute test in raw at 30fps with no dropped frames when I first got the card. Most of the stuff I shoot doesn't even come close to that length and shooting in 24fps in raw has not been a problem with any of these cards. Have a 128GB version in SD and micro SD also. Any issues, I will update the review. 5 stars.

Her phone-library has arrived! And, her phone is faster.
I trust Kingston, and this was at a nice price, so I upgraded my wife's Samsung Galaxy s10e that came with a like amount of system memory.This unit gave her phone space to move much of her fun or functional chucks of the memory-hungry apps from the system memory.Moving what could be moved, per the phone's settings has lowered the demand on the system memory. And, it seems that the phone doesn't get as warm, under the same apps running.No tech support has been needed.

Good card, just not the advertised capacity
Overall, this micro SD card seems to perform as well as expected, being a name brand storage option. The only disappointing thing I've found is that even after reformatting to remove any possible partitions on the card itself, the maximum capacity of my card (sold as 512GB) is 460GB. I never expect any digital storage media to give me the EXACT amount of storage advertised; I understand that there is overhead and production tolerances and what not. But losing nearly 12% of the advertised storage is not insignificant. I guess buyer beware if maximizing storage is your goal.

I was hesitant at 512 GB but it works just fine
I put this in my Sony Walkman and hooray it works fine I'm very glad I bought this if you need 512 GB for music this works very well I would tell a friend to buy this Thank You rsdno

False Advertising

Works as intended
It doesn't have 512 gb of memory, it only has the 466 gb of memory, seems to be working at this time. It accepted all the files I had to download as a second hard drive on a HP Elitepad 1000 giving me much needed memory. Also accepts programs when loaded on the drive.

Stopped working within a year
Stopped working after a couple of months. First used it for dash cam, but after it stopped working i tried to use it for other cameras and it still didn’t work. Hopefully I can find a solution to get it working again. Otherwise, $70 down the drain.

This is one of the better deals for a fast 512GB micro sd cards. No issues with it.

Great performance for the price, though still expensive
Unfortunately it seems the doubling of capacity every 1-2 years has ended; updating from my current 400GB uSD card has taken ages waiting for the prices to come down to "reasonable" level. And, unfortunately there is no "cheap" 800GB card - just 1TB at very high prices.So if you have 400GB but need to upgrade, then 512GB like this card is somewhat reasonable still giving you about 100GB extra (+25%) at a decent price, not close to 256/200GB capacity/cost ratio but decent.But this is a V30 card thus it writes at a minimum/sustained 30MB/s while my old 400GB was V10 (3x faster) while the read is ~150MB/s just over 2x faster than by old 400GB. Random read/write (thus App Rating) is still A1 but still much faster than the old card. This is enough even for 8K recording as you're not using raw format - even 100Mbps bitrate is just ~10MB/s.To transfer between old/new cards, a fast UHS-I+ card reader will help. Note that this card (and the old one) get very hot while writing thus perhaps don't write 500GB in one go to it.For the price it seems to work great so far, hopefully it will last; none of my current 200/400GB have failed... yet. Will update if anything bad happens.

Esta marca es más vieja que Matusalem (los viejos peceros me entenderán)...La compré por 78,71€, así que la que considero una buena comprar si tenemos en cuenta que es una tarjeta MicroSD de 512GB. Y es tan aburrida como siempre: hagas lo que hagas funciona.En mi caso, formateada en exFAT y llena con aproximadamente 450GB de ficheros .flacLa velocidad de grabación de estos ficheros ha oscilado entre 45 y 80 MB/s dependiendo de la fuente desde que se han copiado (HDD ó SSD).La utilizo en el portátil, como podéis ver.

Kingston 512gb Canvas Select Plus: memory originale e molto veloce
La MicroSD presa è da 512gb. Ho fatto vari test e posso dire che è originale.E' una “Canvas Select Plus”, con sigla "SDCS2" questo vuol dire che deve seguire determinate caratteristiche:- E' una classe A1 quindi è ottimizzata per i telefoni Android- ed è una UHS-I, U3, V30 quindi ha una velocità massima di bus 104MB/s e minima scrittura 30MB/s (ideale quindi per chi vuole fare video in 4K).Io faccio sempre 2 test indispensabili per verificare una memory: il primo è di velocità, con "Crystal Disk Mask" e il secondo è verificarne la REALE capacità (purtroppo ho avuto ancora memory fasulle che promettevano giga ma alla fine davano solo errori e te ne accorgi subito con questi test).E'una MicroSD XC e per sfruttarne a pieno la velocità meglio usare un supporto compatibile e inserirlo in una porta USB 3.0.Con supporto USB compatibile XC inserita in una porta USB 3.0 ha raggiunto la velocità massima in lettura di 93,95 MB/s e in scrittura di 84,48 MB/s, direi ottima, poco meglio anche delle samsung EVO select.Mentre inserita in un adattatore USB NON XC, o col suo adattatore venduto nella confezione ma in un lettore di SD vecchio, viene letta comunque, ma a una velocità notevolmente più bassa: in lettura 18,70 MB/s e in scrittura 17,60 MB/s.Per quanto riguarda il test sulla la capacità, il software indica che è una MicroSD originale, ma inferiore ai 512gb indicati (purtroppo per il solito discorso di conversione fra GB e MB). Questa memory ha una capacità di 500.833.210.368 byte, pari a 477631 MByte, pari a 466 gb.Spero di essere stato chiaro e soprattutto utile.

Bought several of these. Never had an issue
If you need a reasonably priced 512gb micro sd card you can’t go wrong with this one. Yes you could go for Sandisk or Samsung and pay more but you get comparable quality, efficiency and durability with this one at usually cheaper prices. This is the go to option for the most bang for the buck storage.

Failed after 31 days
Never get this make of card. It failed after 31 days. It is April and Amazon have had it back 5 days and have it in stock but say the replacement will not arrive with me till May or June.
