Q: Which one should I use for my body and how to?

there are different ones for different areas . youtube has usegull vids on what yr looking for and google has pictures with needle length and areas of body on.

Personally I don't think this is recommended for the scalp. Any treatment for the scalp involving microneedling I would advise professional treatment.

Q: Will this help with my oily forehead and oily/dry nose?

I’m not too sure about that. I have combination skin and have been using the derma roller along with retinol serum followed by jojoba oil. I have found that this combination has improved my skin overall. Hope this helps.

Q: Does anyone actually expereinced hair re-growth after using the derma roller?

Yes and no, micro trauma to the skin has shown that the inflammatory response does have a knock on effect where the growth factors sent to repair the damage go into the surrounding tissue in this case hair cells and promotes growth and re growth, the issues is if you are experiencing androgenic alopiche aka male pattern baldness even if your hair does re grow it is still going to be antagnodised by the excess androgens in your scalp. My advice would be to see a hair specialist to conclude whether or not your hairloss is androgenic, which it most likely is and go on finasteride which will significantly reduce your dht levels in the scalp to prevent further shedding then also use topical minoxidil and derma rolling to promote regrowth. Tl;dr this does help wth growth, but wont prevent further loss in isolation, you need to address the cause of your shedding first then promote re growth.
