I wasn’t sure this investment would pan out but discovered it’s pretty incredible! I wish I’d bought this vibration plate sooner. I’m a very large woman with numerous autoimmune conditions, lipedema (severe) and lymphedema (mild) and I also get restless legs and leg cramps from veinous insufficiency. I hurt a lot. It’s nearly impossible to exercise but for aqua therapy. I wanted something to help with these conditions, and my wonderful nurse that comes for in-home infusions brought hers to let me test it. She’s a product tester for lifepro and gets to try all kinds of their wonderful devices! I was worried about the weight capacity, the price, skeptical anything would help me… it’s amazing. The various modes of this model allow so much stimulation in my legs even when I use it while seated that I have to pee a lot when we’re done from the sluggish lymph stimulation. I get so much lymph flow after this that I have to be careful about drinking enough water or the flood of toxins getting flushed out will make me feel ill. It relieves my RLS immediately so I can get some sleep and helps reduce the swelling from both lymphedema and lipedema. I appreciate the wrist controls so very much rather than having to bend down every time to change or re-start a cycle. I LOVE the preprogrammed settings that go through various modes and speeds because it’s so stimulating. My husband also used the machine several times a day and he is a sturdy, fit man that likes it for fitness with the exercise bands. It’s a tremendous value and a great tool, highly recommend. We’ve had this over a year and use it numerous times every day. Cannot tell you how much I love this machine. I wish there was a way for me to answer questions here because I’m sure I've forgotten something. 6 stars!!!

I have had my machine for a couple of years now and I am absolutely in love with it. The vibrations feel so good after a long day of walking around on concrete. I can also sit down on it and put my hands on each side of it and it gives me a hip and shoulder massage basically. It’s also very good for lymphatic drainage. Lord knows I needed help with that. Also, the machine is very well built and sturdy. It has several programs to use as well as different amounts of time you can set it for. I shoot for no less than 10 minutes per day and it has served me well.

I used my Lifepro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine for the first time today. I'm very impressed with the quality of the machine, built to last. It runs very smoothly. At the end of the cycle, it slowly slows down so there aren't any jerking or quick stops that could cause you to lose your balance. It truly is very quiet when running. I'm confident I'll have many hours of great workouts with this machine.

Full transparency, I've only had the product for a week but already very happy. I have had one sports related knee replacement and putting off the other knee for replacement as long as I can. Due to my knee issues, it has negatively impacted how I can work out as well as experiencing pain regularly. This machine has already helped with my pain and mobility as well as restless leg at night. I'm excited for long term use! Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the short amount of time I've had the product.

I’m 77 years old and require patience I don’t normally have. At my age balance is in critical issue. I probably spent 3 to 4 weeks just learning to maintain my balance. The workouts aren’t difficult unless you want them to be. That’s the thing I like about it the most - you can go at your own pace. It was a great investment and I’m glad I did it.

I started with the Waver and then graduated to the RumblexI absolutely adore it. I am 77 years old and I can see the difference in my core. My mobility. I have multiple discs haven’t taken even a Tylenol in months love it love it. I also bought rumblexfor each of my two sons one uses it and one I haven’t gotten him to try it yet

Fantastic product! I use this daily for at least 40 minutes in the morning which vary following training sessions for my arthritic knees and then 20 minutes in the evening. I don’t see any significant changes yet but I believe with consistent use it will definitely make a difference in all-day relief. My joints do feel better at the end of each session for sure but I am hoping for relief to last all day.

I wasn't sure if this piece of equipment was something I actually needed or wanted or if I was even going to like it. After having it for a fair amount of time, I find that I look forward to using every day. Some days I use it to unwind. Some days I use it to do a work out. The thing is versatile. It sounds gimmicky but I did some research and I think it is going to help me maintain my bone density and give me another way to work out indoors during the cold, icy winter months
