I just got this today, so I cannot speak to longevity, but it appears to be solidly built. I've done 10 minutes on it so far, and was surprised by how powerful it is, even at the lowest setting. I could definitely feel it in my hips when I stepped off. I've read a lot of good things about this type of equipment, and didn't want to get the cheapest version, but also wasn't going to pay between $2-8k for one. This brand/model seemed like a good place to start, and just from unpacking and using it today, I've been pleased with the quality.

Amazing product! I use mine after my workout to prevent muscle soreness. It is also great to enhance your work out. It gives me tons of energy after just 10 minutes of lifting weights while standing on the platform. I highly recommend & love my results!

Love it!I use in this in the morning when I wake up to get the blood flowing good then I start my regular exercise routine and after that I use it for another 10 minutes when I cool down.

Wow!! I just got mine June 2025 and on 2nd day of using and it does what it says it does. If it keeps going like this I will always want this product in my life. I am already experiencing pain relief and defiantly feel the core being activated.

I wasn’t sure this investment would pan out but discovered it’s pretty incredible! I wish I’d bought this vibration plate sooner. I’m a very large woman with numerous autoimmune conditions, lipedema (severe) and lymphedema (mild) and I also get restless legs and leg cramps from veinous insufficiency. I hurt a lot. It’s nearly impossible to exercise but for aqua therapy. I wanted something to help with these conditions, and my wonderful nurse that comes for in-home infusions brought hers to let me test it. She’s a product tester for lifepro and gets to try all kinds of their wonderful devices! I was worried about the weight capacity, the price, skeptical anything would help me… it’s amazing. The various modes of this model allow so much stimulation in my legs even when I use it while seated that I have to pee a lot when we’re done from the sluggish lymph stimulation. I get so much lymph flow after this that I have to be careful about drinking enough water or the flood of toxins getting flushed out will make me feel ill. It relieves my RLS immediately so I can get some sleep and helps reduce the swelling from both lymphedema and lipedema. I appreciate the wrist controls so very much rather than having to bend down every time to change or re-start a cycle. I LOVE the preprogrammed settings that go through various modes and speeds because it’s so stimulating. My husband also used the machine several times a day and he is a sturdy, fit man that likes it for fitness with the exercise bands. It’s a tremendous value and a great tool, highly recommend. We’ve had this over a year and use it numerous times every day. Cannot tell you how much I love this machine. I wish there was a way for me to answer questions here because I’m sure I've forgotten something. 6 stars!!!

This 4D Rumblex from LifePro has been a great benefit to me. Any day that I use it keeps my knee from hurting and helps my entire body to feel better. The benefits include movement of lymph fluid and enhancing any workout I choose to do. I highly recommend this vibration plate machine to help improve your health. I almost bought the pro version for ease of moving it and that it would be quieter; however, I like the foot placement pads that help me gauge that my feet are in the same position for each side. I also chose the blue version.
