Fits and looks perfect
They do seem a tiny bit thinner than OEM but they feel the same and look good. FYI - I didn't know how to replace the earpad itself, but I searched YouTube for "How to Replace the Ear Pads on a JBL Headphone" and found a perfect tutorial. It's actually really easy. You literally pull the old earpad right off, then on the underlying speaker "plate" (not sure what it's called), there's a notch. On the earpad there's a narrow "sleeve" on the flat back part of the earpad. Slide that sleeve into the notch, then rotate the earpad until it's completely on. Or watch the video on YouTube ;-)

Good Replacement for
Good replacement ear pad for My JBL E50BT head phones. A little tricky to install, but with some patience and not rushing the job became easier on the second piece.
