My wife has a severe reaction to gluten, so we have tried nearly every Gluten-free noodle on Amazon.These, and the Gluten-free Amish Wedding noodles(if you can find them) are the best we have found. They rival the regular flour noodles we used to buy at the grocery. Great texture, fantastic taste, and they cook in a normal amount of time. I highly recommend these egg noodles even if you don't have gluten sensitivity.As an aside, Amazon did a terrible job of protecting the noodles in transit. The noodles were pretty broken up. That's not the vendor's fault, but it should be noted. It would probably be best to order these to ship by themselves.

I made ' homemade' chicken & noodles with this product. The noodles did not become "mushy" when I cooked them in the broth, like so many brands I have tried. Nice texture & great flavor. They're a little pricey, but after all the other GF brands I have tried & trashed, this is worth it in my opinion.

they were ok, not a great flavor without a lot of butter and gravy...what was upsetting is that the dried noodes were all broke to small pieces in the bag when i opened them ): i won't order them again...

This is a great product! All other pastas I've tried disintegrate during cooking. These noodles hold their shape and texture even when I reheated them in soup. They have a mild but pleasant taste. My only complaint, other than the exorbitant price, is they are shipped in a mailing envelope! Most of the noodles were smashed into 1 inch pieces. For the price I paid for the noodles and their shipping I would think they could afford to send them in a box! I really find that inexcusable which is why I only gave 4 stars. Even so, I will be reordering.

Perfect texture and taste

We have a (farm-raised) coworker who makes and sells noodles. They are excellent and we all buy them. This Thanksgiving, I was in charge of bringing chicken and noodles to a gathering. We had one gluten-free person so I decided to try these for them.These turned out to be not just an okay substitute but very good. The gluten-free person couldn't believe they were gluten-free. (They are also very sensitive and if something has gluten even in the smallest amount, they know in a few short minutes.) Several of us tasted a bite and all agreed these are as good as any other high-quality noodles you can buy that have gluten.I highly recommend them.

These noodles are tasty. I would suggest adding a few drops of olive oil to the cooking water or broth to keep them from sticking together and becoming gummy.

I used these in a beef stroganoff recipe and was very pleased with the outcome. I used in a microwave recipe, rinse right before you add to the dish to rinse the starch off.
