Beautiful and practical
I spent a bit of time deciding which cup/diffuser to buy- I enjoy green tea but my glass mug wasn't ideal and neither was my large teacup with a diffuser. The mug meant getting a mouthful of tea leaves unless I was very careful and the cup was so large the tea cooled very quickly. I saw this one, read the reviews and my biggest concern was ending up with a very fragile cup which I would break on its first wash. This turned out not to be the case. Packaging it arrived in was very secure and the cup and its accessories were intact when I opened the box. The cup itself is very solid, nice large handle and the diffuser and the lid sit securely in the cup so walking back from the kitchen with it (providing you don't fill it to the brim) is fine. Brews the green tea I use no problem and is easy to clean. Only minor critique is that it does let through a bit of the fine material but TBH - that's to be expected with any of these things. On the whole, lovely piece of kit, does the job and worth the money. Would recommend.

I love this cup ❤️
Can't say much about warmth, stardness, and how easy to clean as it feels pretty fragile, however I LOVE IT and I've bought three of them for myself, my mum and sister. I find this cup very charming, stylish. Since I have it I love my teas even MORE💕💕💕💕 while my sister uses it for her coffees 😊

Best mug I've ever owned!
Adore this mug!!!Best infuser mug I have ever owned, easy to clean, looks lovely, flavour from it is awesome!! Bravo, will definitely buy another when I eventually break this one because let's face it we all know it will eventually happen.

Beautiful but didn't last one drink
Beautiful mug cut it cracked and I only received it today. Can the selker olease get in touch.

Broken within a week
Overall, it's a nice cup. Feels good to hold, the lid is lovely and it looks pleasing.The glass strainer however broke within a week and now let's large pieces of loose tea through it. I haven't dropped the strainer or anything, it's just very prone to smashing. Before it was smashed, pieces of loose tea were also let through the holes in the strainer. I think I'll be ordering a cup with a mesh strainer instead.
