The instructions were not clear, so I had to figure out how it should be installed. I did not need the “exploding” bolts it called for.

If the up and down worked, it would be a nice product at a competitive price, but so far it does down, but not up. Good thing I tested it before cutting a hole in my ceiling.If it actually worked and they provided solid instructions it would likely get 4 or 5 stars.I'm currently waiting to see how/if they can provide information to fix the up/retraction issue and will update as I have more information.Update: A few days later I received an email from CGOLDENWALL advising they'd like to address any issues or concerns, and to contact them to resolve my issues. No contact information was provided, so Amazon resolved this for me by providing a return label and refund upon receipt.If CGOLDENWALL were to address my issues with their product I'd suggest doing a final full functional test before shipping it as a finished good. Provide robust instructions, that's a simple no brainer I shouldn't need to bring up. If you're looking to have a customer work with you on a dead on arrival product, rather than just sending out a replacement that works, than provide a phone # or at least a direct link to a customer service chat line.UPDATE: Was just notified that CGOLDENWALL issued me a refund minus a $91.00 restocking fee for returning their dead on arrival product. So, they say they provide a one year warranty, but if you simply want to return their dead on arrival product because you know longer have confidence in their quality, you can have that lessons learned privilege for $91.00. It's really strange, because they seem to be committed to quality and customer service, but at least for me, their actions didn't match up with their documented intent on this item.Review Update: I don't like giving bad reviews when reasonable effect to correct as issues is being provided, which I now honestly think is the case. Unfortunately those efforts validated some of my quality concerns on the product itself so I'm only upping the overall rating from 1 to 3 stars for the following reasons: 1) I was told that if the remote control can't control the machine up and down, it should be re-coded to match the remote control to the machine and that this may be necessary if the machine is idle for a long time. I don't know what they consider a long idle time, couple hours, days, a month, but that's a concern I don't have to worry about with any of my other electronics. If idle is not the root cause, then they have a quality issue in final functional verification test (FVT) or at final box pack out test (BPO) or both. 2) They asked which version of the manual I received and send me their current manual in PDF just in case. My issue here is the manual is in no way revision controlled and the product, even when ordering on Amazon doesn't have a model#. So the best you can do is look at the manual's pictures compared to what you bought and try to figure out what part of the manual is relevant to what you bought, but even the current manual I received has random pictures of all their products throughout the document, so I have to stand by my initial feedback that it's not a functional manual. Hopefully I'm not being overly critical as I'm coming from 15 years of high tech global manufacturing management, but on the up side these quality and/or process issues are super easy to resolve, and Golden Wall did refund the $91 that Amazon had imposed so life is good.

This 70cm opens very smoothly this I can tell you, my problem was on the reopening of the projector lyft after it closed however please note that Great wall Instruments will reach out to you directly if there are any problems in the setup. It appears my issues was a program switch which can be easily fix was a phone call or email to GWI. . Other than that the quality and stability is there.

Really straight forward install. We uses l shape strut supports to go across the uni-strut above grid with all thread to get the height we needed to secure the actual unit. the lid design was a great help in that it allowed all for corners to be adjusted differently if grid was not level. Overall for the money it was good...
