Delicious!
The flavor is a little bit like tuna, or maybe a cross between tuna and swordfish, but the texture is more like pork belly: it's very tender, not chewy at all, and has a melt-in-your-mouth feel to it. The price on Amazon is the same as the price at my local Russian deli. I just eat it right out of the can, although I'm sure heating it up and pairing it with tomato sauce or something would be great as well.
