BEST TUBE BENDING KIT OUT THERE!!
Before stumbling upon this tube bending kit by EK, I had bought the tube bending kit made by Thermaltakr, who is usually a really nice brand, in particularly in all things water cooling, but all I was trying to do was make simple 90 degrees bends & I never got a single one perfectly right on the thermal take. The EK, being as a mold, rather than just a guide to bend your tubes makes it so there’s no room for error. My first attempt on this EK product was a PERFECT 90 degree bend.I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Good but not perfect
I am pretty bad at bending tubes. Even with this block, my angles were still off by a noticeable amount. Mostly due to me being bad, but perhaps also due to:1. Wiggle room at the 'entrances' (more snug towards the apex of the bend) which can potentially create a second (or even 3rd) microbend adjacent to the desired bend, especially if too great a length of tubing is heated up2. With the block being elevated by ~1/4 inch (as opposed to other mandrels that come up flush against the working surface), the overhanging section of tube can also bend downwardsThe trick (and what I would gladly have paid more for, if included) was to fabricate and line up some concave supports to catch and support the tube at the appropriate height and alignment as it extends past the block.

Perfect!
A must have for perfect bend. Fairly easy to use!

Great if you want wide degree angles
This thing is great if you want wide angles, but it's not very versatile. I still did the majority of my bends by hand, because of how wide the bend is on this. It's also hard to do multiple back to back bends using this tool, because of how large the straight part is on each end of the bend. For example if you do a small 90 immediately into another small 90 this won't work well.Overall I'd still recommend this as a handy tool, especially for skmeone new to bending. It's just a bit expensive for something with limited usage.

Can easily warp tubing
While it seems like this may be a better way than other tools to get a precise angle while bending tubes, it's VERY easy to squeeze the hot tubing into it too tightly and cause it to warp, even with something inside to help hold its shape. I do NOT recommend this tool.
