Some tricks to putting it together
For the price this seems like a good value. It holds my sport coat and work shirt (on a separate hanger hung from the top vertical part) and seems sturdy and stable. I am a 5xl and my jacket fits nicely.I put it together on my 3x3 foot folding workbench. I carefully cut the shipping tape at the seams and unfolded the box. the box was longer than my work surface but that did not matter. I matched all the parts with the inventory list on the instruction sheet and opened the hardware pouch laying everything out in separate piles. The instructions are sparce but if you assemble it in the order listed it is pretty easy. The base is assembled first (Step1 on the instruction sheet), this is not critical but the base and main bodu need to be assembled separately and attached at the end. Be sure to put the 4 end caps in the base before connecting the base and main sections.Step 2 is the main body and it is ease if you work from the top down with a couple of exceptions. The first exception is that the curved "shoulder" piece needs to be inserted in to the pipes below before the first cross piece is attached (the same screws secure the connection and the cross piece). The second exception is to fully assemble the 4 outer extensions, pipes, screws, and end caps before attaching the remaining cross pieces. The short end of the screws go into the extensions, the long end attaches the cross pieces.Step 3 connects the base and main sections. I laid the main section on the work bench, inserted the screw then the plastic support (curved side to the base) and loosely (3 or 4 turns) screwed it to the main section. Repeat for the other side and then tighten the screws all the way down.Step 4 (mine, not included in the instructions) check all the connections are snug but not over tight.Took me about 20 minuets start to finish with one mess up connecting the first cross piece before connecting the "shoulder assembly".I like it. It seems stable. I would not use it for a ladder but for a set of cloths I'm sure it will stand up to the minimal stress put on it.

Great for the home office!
Got this for my husband to hang his jacket and tie in the home office in case he needed to dress up for a zoom call. I was able to build it myself within 20 minutes without much problem. Very useful little piece of furniture!

basic valet for good price
I got this for my teen son's room to hang his school sports coat . It's very basic and easy to put together. It is not very big and doesn't take up too much room. It holds a jacket, a few belts on the loops and could prob hold a shirt too. It doesn't seems to be able to hold too much as it is not very heavy-duty/sturdy but it is fine for his needs, which is a place other than the floor to hang his school jacket each day. If you are looking for something to showcase as a piece of furniture or to hold heavy items, this may not be for you. For us, the price and size make it perfect for our needs.

Strong and silent
The valet came on time, in good condition, and does its job. We use it for an extra fleece comforter or for setting up clothing. We are satisfied with this product and recommend it for these purposes.

You get what you pay for
Instructions are terrible. Make sure you measure everything before you put it together because the difference is super small but it makes a difference when you’re assembling it together, it’s not very sturdy you get what you paid for.

Missing part and never heard back
Easy to put together, but missing 1 part - the piece that goes on the very top to hold the small accessory shelf. We just left it off, but it's annoying to be missing a simple piece when there aren't that many to begin with. You can't use the screw included because it's too long without the missing piece and would go through the accessory shelf.

Nice stand
I got this for my daughter’s graduation party. I used it to put her cap and gown on and we set it up on her picture table. After the party, my husband is using it for his work clothes. Easy to put together. Great price. Is sturdy.

Great Little Valet for Jeans
I bought this item because I wear my jeans multiple times between washings, and I was tired of folding them up and setting them on the floor next to my laundry basket. Looks pretty unsightly with a pile of folded pants next to the basket. I wanted something that would keep them off of the floor but allow me to hang multiple pairs. This is a perfect solution. Sturdy, easy to assemble, and works great!
