These are high quality awnings that I expect will last. They are relatively easy to assemble with all parts fitting together properly. The instructions could use some improvement for clarity. I bought the wine red and it is a beautiful color.I had a couple of minor issues and contacted their support. I was surprised when my call was answered immediately ; no hold or "press 1... Andrea was extremely pleasant and helpful resolving my issues with no problem. I can't speak highly enough about their support! All companies should stand behind their products this way

For the price it works great, metal is not that strong and it parachutes in the wind, also PITA to put together- have to watch the YouTube videos, will definitely take more than one person to put up

The canopy is great once you get passed the terrible instructions how to put it together. I’m very mechanical and it was difficult to figure out.Otherwise it came out great and looks great

Great sunshade, but that is all to it. It is not rainproof it gets soaked. The opening arms are so hard to level and it doesn’t close all the way thru, it’s hard to close and very wrinkly. Even with all the kinks, it is an okay awning shade from sun, easy opening, and easy install. You need two people to install this and make sure you close it when it’s windy. The crank lever needs updating it keeps on getting loose.

We love this awing! We have two at our house, the shade is amazing, it’s huge. It takes two people to biuld and 5 hours but totally worth it.

The product seems fine only if you can somehow understand the lengthy written instructions, poor pictures and numerous parts put together. I am doing DIY installations like this for 15 years but never suffered so much for any product. The installation manual needs a major overhaul. Somehow its installed for me but would wait at least 6 months before commenting on quality and durability.

It is a nice awning, but the set up was very difficult. I had to hire two guys to set it up. It came in pieces, and took two days to put together. It cost me more to have them install it then what I paid for it never again..

This is an unsolicited and unpaid review. On my back porch I had a standard 12 by 12 pop up. It was was ok, but needed something else. This item fit the ticket. Seems to be pretty sturdy. Assembly was not too bad. I read the instructions and proceeded to assemble and install solo. There was a little bit of back and forth but it went fine. Total time took me about 3 hours. Next build should only take about 90 minutes. I know where the shortcuts are now. Very happy with this product and look forward to it lasting a few seasons until I get a real screened in porch. My only wish is for the material to be made by Sunbrella.
