Makes a big difference in sun load
Overall I give this 5 stars but there are some issuesThe umbrella portion is solid and well-made. They should have, however added a pull loop to the bottom of the mechanism as it would otherwise be nearly impossible to collapse the umbrella. A 6" piece of kite string was enough to fix this. Also, the headband portion isn't the most comfortable strap. It's pretty basic. I took a piece of ventilated spacer mesh and safety-pinned it to the headband. Problem solved.It takes a little time to get used to having this on your head and you bump things with the umbrella portion. It also looks pretty goofy. However, when gardening, this thing is really fantastic for blocking the sun.

Did not work for me.
Fit was uncomfortable. Bought this item for fishing in our boat, but constantly had to adjust it... always felt like it was about to fall off of my head. Fabric quality was good and delivery was fast.

Looks stupid, but works surprisingly well
Headband needs a little help. some elastic, padding and a chin strap for wind. Easy if you have a sewing machine at home. But as dumb as these look, they work well. I wear mine hiking in the woods where nobody will see me.

Ok so I purchased these for vacation didn't want to carry an umbrella if it rained and I wanted coverage from sun right lol so they are large enough they cover you but, make sure you hang in to it if there's a breeze lol

Works great for outdoor activities
My husband does a lot of yard work, mowing etc and he use to ride around with an actual umbrella belted to his chest for shade lol I purchased this for him and he loves it. It looks alittle small for an adult but it still fit his head and it shaded his face just fine. If there was a bigger size I would’ve purchased it. But overall, it’s great and works awesome for its purpose.
