Lovely weighted pan that is not only eco but not stick

This is small, I know the measurements are there but hard to conceptualize. Good for 2 fish fillets. That said it's excellent. Cleans super easily and at times I have put in the dishwasher and it came out looking like new. You do have to keep it on a lower heat, and so things take longer, but it's an even heat. With the concern over toxicity from damaged Teflon this is a good option. I just wish it was bigger.

This pan is better than an expensive non stick pancake pan I bought. It’s a nice size too and not heavy. Cleans easily too.

I bought this to avoid the chemicals in the non-stick pans that I had been using. I was slightly nervous about its non-stick ability, especially when I mostly fry fish with skin and fried eggs, and I want the skin on the fish to crisp up. This product exceeded my expectations! Not only is is “cleaner” for both the body and the planet, but it cooks fish skin and eggs better than any of the expensive non-stick pans I’ve had. I’m a very happy customer and I will be purchasing other sizes. I used a wooden spatula with it, and some butter.
