"You want my treasure?"
Well, this figure has brought one fact to light... Roger looks hella weird without his coat, so it's best you put it on. However, this figure also reinforces two other facts: 1) I feel disgusted with myself having just used the term "hella", and 2) Gol D. Roger cannot be any more badass. I don't know, I feel like that word "badass" is used to describe too many things nowadays, but it's really ever the first one that pops into my mind when I am slapped across the face with the right hand of awesomeness. Easily one of the better Roger figures you can get your hands on, and for an unbelievable bargain. Most "Grandline Men" figures are quite affordable. The paint on Roger is next to flawless; I found only a single paint spill on mine and it's a very obscured section at the bottom of the sleeve. Unless the character is damaged or scratched, I never fret about such trivial matters. The product comes in six pieces (head, torso, legs, cravat, coat, display stand) and is extremely easy to assemble. I already own the Grandline Men Garp, so this was a no-brainer on my end. A lovely collection.
