It works but you’re not a superhero
If you expect this to turn you into a jacked superhero body builder with amazing brain function, you’re looking in the wrong place. Go take some steroids. This *natural* product works but not in that way lol. You feel a very subtle sensation of mental clarity after about a week of consistency. I tend to get lots of inflammation from sugar or even a night out drinking, when I take this while hydrating my recovery is 2x as fast. Be carful not to take too much for too long because then it’s “detox” effects really kick in and you’ll experience flu-like symptoms (unless you want a serious detox). I took 8 a day for about 2 - 3 weeks and definitely got those effects, it was a bit intense for me so I stopped taking them for a few days and the symptoms went away after about 2 days. Once I dropped to 4 a day I never had it happen to me again. I’m 6’5 200lbs +/- not sure if body mass plays a role in the amount you can consume or if it simply comes down to how much “garbage” your body has in it. Other things I’ve noticed is my overall mood is better, I feel less anxious, has a very subtle taste, libido increases, strength increases but only when accompanied with a proper diet and training. In conclusion, it’s not a magic pill that makes you a super human like a steroid but it’s definitely something worth adding to the arsenal of daily supplements.

Excellent product
There are 180 capsules in the bag! The photo on the web needs to be updated! Easy way to take marine phytoplankton, otherwise buy loose,cheaper that way and can be used in shakes and baking. The marine phytoplankton helped me through my breast cancer and I use daily to keep me well. I recommend this product!

Keeps me going all day
A trainer at 24 -Hour Fitness recommended the product to me. I have been taking it for over a year. I found if I take it in the morning my energy leave stays high throughout the day. I have also noticed my hair and nails grow a lot faster.
