TL;DR-- it does work. Depending on your metabolism, it'll work in about 4-8 hours after consuming, from personal experience. If you drink this at night, I hope you don't have an early morning shift or class to go to because you're definitely gonna expell some of your intestines at work/in class. It didn't make my stomach cramp or anything painful, it just felt like I drank a whole lot of coffee with milk...and I'm lactose intolerant, just to paint a picture. The taste isn't anything spectacular, it's like regular green tea. Add some honey, lemon, agave, whatever you want to sweeten it up. The tea works best served hot-- but I really haven't tried it with cold yet. Drinking it hot makes me feel like it's burning the fat from the tacos I just had. The box suggests you DON'T drink this everyday-- and they're not kidding. You really shouldn't unless you want to end up in a hospital due to dehydration & lack of control of bowel movements. Be smart, read the directions, & you're still beautiful even if you don't drink the tea but eat the tacos.

Stay home or near a toilet when drinking this tea. It actually works. Also drink plenty of water it will dehydrate you.

So whatever you do, don’t drink this before leaving the house to commute to work, or run errands, or anything that’s going to take you away from a bathroom for more than 5 minutes.I’ve just started incorporating this into my dietary health regimen & I'm telling you - it works pretty quickly. So be ready!The taste is only so so but you can hook it up to suit your preference. I just add a squirt of sugar free sweetener & I’m good.I’ll try to remember to check back in after I’ve had time to evaluate its overall effectiveness but so far so good!!✌🏼
