I grew up in Germany and the "Käsekuchenhilfe" with the detailed recipe on the pack was all I needed to make the best cheesecake I had since my mother passed away. GREAT product - just follow the instructions.

Original product (instructions ONLY in German!)
The main reason for a poor review is that:1) this is an original "Käsekuchen Hilfe" package, so the instructions are ONLY in German. (Why not indicate this more clearly AND make a translation available?)2) The packaging of the single package was also poorly done. At the very least the "Käsekuchen Hilfe" package should have been in a ziplog bag in the packaging used for mailing it.
