The usual Raspberry ketones I was using became unavailable so I tried these.However, when they say too good to be true...This quantity for the price was hard to believe and now I know whyIdk what is in these capsules but I wouldn't give these to my end to take.... they look like gelatin caps filled with shredded gelatin caps. ONLY THE INNARDS DO NOT BREAK DOWN!! I poured some of the contents in my palm and compared to what I know to be the real deal. This stuff isn't finely ground as real ketones. Not powdery, but instead little shards of what look like plastic. I dipped a finger in and put it in my mouth. This product did NOT dissolve. I use Raspberry ketones in my health products and this ended up being a complete waste of money. Amazon needs to remove this listing
