Great Walker!
We had a walker from this company before, but as my live-in mother-in-law's needs have changed, we decided to purchase this. She seems to really like the walker, although I will say it's slightly wider than the one she previously had. While this is absolutely a benefit for her- it could be damaging to my baseboards if she's not careful when passing through a doorway in the home. It's very sturdy, holds lots of her goodies in the front bag, and there's plenty of space for her to sit down on the seat if need be. I would definitely recommend this. for an elderly person. Thumbs up for sure!

Incredibly smooth and comfortable!
I was a little put off by the price of this walker, but I am so happy I decided to purchase it. I cannot recommend this walker enough!I've had several other walkers, and this one is by far the best. It folds smaller than most other walkers, which is great for saving space in the car, and the way it folds is much more manageable for picking it up. I also love how smoothly this walker glides across various types of terrain. My original walker was a standard rollator, and it rattled the daylights out of me on any surface that wasn't completely flat. The larger wheels of this walker can go from smooth to bumpy with no trouble, and it doesn't rattle my arms off. The handles are extremely comfortable. I've found other types of handles to be very hard on my wrists, but these grips are comfortable and don't place strain on my hands or arms. The seat is also much more comfortable, and I like that it's a little wider and deeper. I'm plus-sized, and the seat allows me enough room while cradling my body where I need the extra support. Trading out my old walker for this one is one of the best decisions that I've made for my health in a long time. If you're on the fence about the expense, it's definitely worth the investment!

Sturdy and functional
Pretty purple color, plenty wide for safe walking. Sturdy and well made.

Wonderful in some ways, but 3 lbs heavier than stated here
Very sturdy and very comfortable, but this model weighs 18.5 lbs with the storage bag attached and 17.5 lbs without it. The main motivation for getting a new rollator was to find something lighter. My old one was 12.5 lbs, so this one is disappointing in that respect. Folding mechanism works well, but 10" wheels get tangled up in each other. Customer service (missing part) very responsive, but replacement has not arrived yet.

BEST LUXURY WALKER FOR MY MOM!!
This has very nice larger wheels on the front which allows it to easily access any surface with stability. We love the easy grip handles and also the seat is comfortable with the back rest. Easy to put in the car, fold up and go anywhere. My only complaint is for such a beautiful walker the company does not have a cupholder that goes with this we tried buying several and none of them work. So we have to figure out a way to attach one ourselves...

Great for walking -- impossible to fold
This walker is great for walking and maneuvering. I like the rollator feature. But mine is impossible to fold for travel. The mechanism under the seat is jammed. Unfortunately, I had thrown the packing material away so it would be difficult to send it back.

Just the right height.
I already had a Rollator, but my therapist said it was 2” too short. Bought this one, and it is perfect. Easy to put together, easy to use!

Total Lie. Didn't not come assembled as stated and shown in video!
I paid an extra $100 so I would not have to assemble a device! The extra price was worth it to me to help me while I am waiting on knee replacement surgery. So it just came in a box totally in pieces!! What a lie. Now I will have to either try to do this myself hopping on one foot due to knee problem or impose yet again on friend to assemble this for me. I could have purchased one for $150.00 that came disassembled. Their video said I would simply have to open the box, pull it out and push down on the seat for it to be ready for use. Easy and just what I wanted.I just tried to return this item and for the first time in my Amazon history of purchasing I was told the item was NOT eligible for return. Why? It is literally one day old. Now I am having to work with Amazon to try to get the seller Rivermount Ventures to get this item returned. So IF you buy this item DON'T buy from Rivermount Ventures because they do not allow returns. Of course I don't know where that was stated in the ad. I would strongly suggest calling the vendor you select to see if that vendor sells it assembled or not. Rivermount obviously does not and is being a PIA on the return. Contacted the manufacturer and they requested pictures of the box of part I got versus the assembled device. What they plan to do to "resolved the issue" I don't know yet. But as the pictures clearly show it is not assembled. Just the size of the box the item was shipping in confirms it was in pieces. I rechecked the ad and the NOVA video to ensure I am right and I am. The NOVA video clearly shows a woman taking the device out of a box, pushing down on the seat, attaching the basket and it is done and assembled. No attaching the two wheels, back rest, etc, etc. So remove your video and tell the truth please. VISA also looked at the ad and agreed with me that it claimed to come assembled. They have been helpful so reach out to your credit card company.BTW thank heaven for Amazon. They believe you. Don't require photos to verify you are telling the truth. They assume their customers are telling the truth which I do so appreciate in this day and age. It is rare.It will be a PIA just to box it back up, and drag it to the front porch for pick up. I want to mail it back to them for false advertising but Visa requested I hold off on that action for two weeks to see if Rivermont changes their stance and allows the return. But that is what I will have to do as I can not assemble this thing. The box is big and heavy. Fed Ex guy was kind enough seeing my situation to bring it into the house for me. Kindness abounds when you are elderly and disabled. While this may or may not be a sturdy device, I won't know until I get an assembled one. If they no longer come assembled I will buy a cheaper device for $150.00 versus $279.00. I despise false advertising. I would never buy from this company or vendor again. Change the ad and video to tell truth. PLEASE.Edit: 1-/24/21: Don't waste your time calling the manufacturer NOVA. They were of no help whatsoever. They said it was between me and the vendor and the vendors can set whatever return policy they wish. Why they asked me to take pictures to document and send to them I don't know. Waste of your time.
