Helps with pumping at work
These have been an absolute lifesaver for me as a working mom. Pumping at work can already feel overwhelming, but this adapter has streamlined the process and made it so much more manageable. Eliminating the step of pouring from bottles into storage bags has reduced stress and the chance of spilling. When you pump at work every minute counts and these help streamline the process and cut down on my time away from my desk. These fit seamlessly with my Spectra and Baby Buddha pumps and I have had no leaking issues.

Great for travel
I purchased these specifically for traveling. I hate having to haul around all the pump parts - they take up so much space. So instead of having to carry around storage bottles, I travel with these and milk bags and it saves significant space in my pump bag. The clips are strong so I don't ever worry about the milk bag slipping (even when it's quite full). Overall, very happy with these.

Saves 1 minute, which is priceless
The media could not be loaded. I use these instead of the spectra s1 bottles attached to momcozy milk storage bags to save myself the hassle of transferring from bottle to bag. I am an overproducer so I don’t sweat the mls I lose out on the transfer but I know for some moms, every drop is so important. I don’t find I need the silicone rings used to help grip but I’m sure if you produce that much (more than 180 ml per breast), the rings could be useful. I just tighten as much as I can.

Cooler in theory than in practice
So the product does work. With the seal it fits well on my spectra pump, however they lose a star because it is pretty difficult to get the bag on. However, I find that they don’t really save any time and end up adding a few extra steps. 1) you can’t microwave sterilizer these because of the metal in the clip so while I can use the microwave bags for all my other parts I have to boil water to sterilizer these. 2) I use the lansinoh bags which aren’t incredibly accurate anyway so who knows how many ounces are in each bag. 3) I like many people have a breast that makes more than the other so I usually end up having to split up the milk to make two 4 oz bags and it is basically impossible to pour from 1 bag to another. 4) you can’t set these down or obviously you’ll spill milk everywhere. So yes, they do work, but they aren’t super useful. Maybe if you have trouble pouring the milk into the bag without spilling, but then if you are that uncoordinated you are going to have a hard time getting the bag on.

Must Have for Pumping Mamas!
Ok.. so yesterday my 4mo old son had an appointment in the city (30 min drive). I fed him first before leaving. We left an hour before the appointment. (2pm) As a first time mom, I had forgotten how to drive let alone the streets in SF so it took me 90 mins to get to the appointment which made us 30 mins late. LOL (this is at 3:30pm now) my baby behaved the entire appointment and fussed as soon as we got into the car. (4:15pm) I breastfed him for 10 mins on the left boob and he was done. So then we drove back home but wanted to eat outdoors. We got into the restaurant at 5:30pm. Baby was still good. We finished eating at 7pm. Wanted to feed baby but he didn’t want any. He could be just so excited from seeing people and being out. But then my right boob felt like a rock! And it hurt! Who’s there to the rescue? This adapters right here!! I always bring my pump because you never know when you’ll need to.. if it wasn’t for these bad boys, I wouldn’t last another min not pumping! It would’ve also taken me another hour going home without pumping. This is a lifesaver Mamas!! Must Have whether you’re a stay at home mom or not .. because you’ll never know when you’ll need to pump in the car!

Fit my Spectra Pump perfectly
These worked really well when I was pumping at work. I was running out of bottles to pump and store in, so I started using the Lansinoh bags. But pumping into a bottle, then pouring the milk into the bags, it was too many things to wash still and you lose milk with the transfer. These fit perfectly on my Spectra pump. I would just put these and the flanges in a zip lock back after I pumped, them store them in the fridge to use for my next work pump and wash them at the end of the day.Once you figure out how to clip the bags to them it's easy peasy. I never had a bag slip off while pumping (just make sure the clip is over the zipper).I never boiled these or put them in a steam sanitize bag so they held up just fine. I just soaked/scrubbed them with the madella breat milk pump cleaner.

SO helpful
These saved me so much frustration. I had the hardest time finding bags that made any sense with my pump, and this made it so it didn’t matter what bags I use. I also love that it has two parts and can fit deeply into the bag as needed.

REALLY---DO NOT MICROWAVE! NOT EVEN ONCE
I was on the fence about whether to get these, but was really glad I did. When pumping at work every minute counts and they do save time! They work well with my pump (Spectra S1) and bags (Lansinoh). As others have said, it's great to feel like you're not wasting any milk during transfers. One thing to note though is that you'll be using TWO bags every time you pump (one for each adapter) vs. pumping into bottles and transferring to ONE bag (assuming you pump 6 oz. or less which I usually do).My problem with this product is that it can't be sterilized in the microwave. This is clearly stated in the instructions, but as a sleep-deprived mama, guess what I did? I sterilized them in the microwave. It was ONE TIME for a minute in a Medela steam clean bag and guess what? THEY MELTED. Yes, I recognize that it was my mistake, but it's frustrating. This product would be much better if it could be cleaned in the microwave because let's be real, what mom has time to boil water daily!? Thankfully, only one of the hinges is REALLY melted so I'm going to try and continue to use them. I will not be purchasing another set. If the product can't be changed so that it is microwavable perhaps a warning could be printed on the actual adapters that reminds moms not to microwave them. Hope someone else learns from my mistake!
