Q: Do these work with Madela bags?

HI, As is, the device will not work with Medela bags because the top rim of the bag is farther than 2 cm from the zipper line. If you really want to use Medela bags with this adapter, you might tear apart the side rims of the top part of the bag. The top part means the area above the zipper line. Fold the top part outwards so the bag can be clamped by the adapter below the zipper line. After the side rims are torn apart, the Medela bag will be similar to a "Lansinoh" bag. See photos of the listing for instructions on installing 'Lansinoh" type of bags.

Yes and it fits well. Just make sure to clip below the seal.
