Palm Sugar - Thai 500 g

Don't pay attention to the the two bad reviews. Apparently those people don't know what palm sugar is or how to use it (wanting it in powder form? it's too hard?). This is 100% palm sugar and has the distinctive, almost fruity taste that good palm sugar has. The texture is only slightly grainy and it is easy to slice off portions from the puck. It is not lumpy or heavily crystalized and melts easily in your pan. Highly recommend is you are going for an authentic SE Asian dish.

Would prefer in powder

Shipping was slow. When it arrived it was so hard you could not scrape or break it. Threw it away. If I could give no stars I would have. Total waste of money.
