Very solid. Holding an MSI GE66 Raider gaming laptop with the back vents pointing upwards. This is a great adjustable fit, decent weight in the stand, no great worries of this falling over.Love the style and space saving. I have this setup quite snug on the laptop, but still easy to remove. The rubber pads are very good to prevent noise transfer into the desk and scratching of the laptop.

Had to tighten it to the smallest depth, but it was a quick and easy thing and fits the laptop nicely.Like the weight of it, inspires confidence it won't tip over, and is well padded. This one is the on on the right.

Pros - It’s rock solid well built and doesn’t have annoying ‘brand’ letting on itCons - the photos would lead you to believe, as I did, that it’s the same space grey that Apple use. It’s not. It’s not even close. It’s more like blue. Which is annoying and increasingly typical on Amazon I find.

This arrived today and is as described, it is strong enough to support the weight of the laptop, it took seconds to set up and works perfectly, the silver is the same colour as our HP Envy laptop and looks smart.

I bought this on a recent lightning deal, and have been using this laptop stand everyday to store and charge my MacBook in a fraction of the space it would normally take on my desk.— Verdict —I was impressed by the design and how sleek/minimal it is. I found it easy to get this set to the dimensions of my MacBook and was surprised how far you can alter it for much larger devices. I also use this to charge my MacBook, I have started to find that through charging my MacBook normally the cable has a bend in it. With this stand I hope to eliminate this.— Conclusions —Overall I feel this is a very good gadget to have for anyone with an office desk of any size. I also like the fact it is aluminium which matches my MacBook, plus the ability to change the size of the grooves as well as there being rubber where the laptop sits to prevent any scratches.

Does its job perfectly fine, its sturdy and heavy enough for me not to be concerned if the laptop will fall.Great construction, great for the cost! You can hold your laptop in whichever orientation you want. Really recommend

I was skeptical as it wasn’t a brand I was familiar with, but the stand is really solid and well built. It’s quite heavy, so seems pretty stable. I’m using mine with a Dell Latitude 5420 (a light-ish 14in laptop with a plastic chassis). I don’t have the issue other have where they say it could easily scratch your laptop - perhaps if you’re really off target when you drop it in, if you’ve got it adjusted to be very tight.When adjusting it, I placed the laptop vertically between my knees and loosened all four bolts on the stand. I then put the stand over the laptop, adjusted to a snug fit and tightened one side (two bolts). Then I very slightly loosened the other side so that three laptop has a little wiggle room, and tightened those bolts.Leaving a little slack makes it more forgiving when putting the laptop into the slot, and doesn’t seem to negatively affect stability due to the weight of the stand.It’s a game changer if you’ve got a tiny desk and a big monitor.
