It can be used regularly, not uncomfortable. I do t apply spray and it sets here and you can comb it or put your fingers into it then. Without spray also you can use, apply light amount. Don't wear white tshirt Or shirt in such case as it will fall on it lightly and people can make out. Wash hair in 2days, so 2nd day wear white shirt.. Its not for stopping hairfall Or growth. It won't increase your hairfall...

Covers like real hair
The good part is that it blends with the natural dark brown hair and covers the thinning very well. Quantity could be improved to 10 grams at least.
