I bought this machine from Amazon for my mom. The machine is absolutely amazing but, this is the older model. Allure DLX which is the new model is available at the same price with improved features and body elements. The thread holder is made out metal instead of plastic.Positives:USHA provides free service within it's 2 year warranty + I don't even have to call them. Just message them on WhatsApp and the chatbot places a service request for me. You also get a 2 free home demos and the instructor helps you out on how to use this machine.Rant about how Amazon looted me:I got the free sewing kit box damaged. The contents were all there but the package in which it was packed was damaged + not properly packed and the seller was CloudTail which is Amazon India's very own seller. Also, this machine looks kind of like it's a refurbished one so be careful.It's just that I regret buying this package from Amazon that's it. Otherwise, it's a good machine.I bought it at ₹11,307 and the day after I bought this the price rose to ₹12k so better buy the new model from an authorized seller.

I just received Usha Janome Allure for my wife as Diwali gift. She was using old fashion sewing machine. She is quite happy.Machine is well packed. Machine box is packed in big box and machine box is wrapped with plastic air bag. My machine traveled about 850 km but it is not damage. I think packing is excellent.As arrived, my wife sew some stitches on it. It is very to operate. Tutorial DVD is very helpful. Machine is working fine.Then I called Usha International on customer care number to arrange free demo at home but I am very disappointed when executive on call me that free demo are not available at my city. But The only support is they can arrange technician for repairs in future if needed. I needed demo but it is not possible at my city. Disappointed.Overall experience of machine is excellent till now. My wife is using it for two days. I will write more review after one month.

A Very good product. I visited a couple of local shops in Guntur and see on Amazon Rs.1000 less than the shops but even I was ready to pay 1000 extra but the seller said I need to bring the machine to his store or need to call online whenever there is an issue. I realized then better to purchase online take advantage of Rs.1000. After the delivery, I contacted the Usha customer services (a bit of headache but ok ) asked for a demo they fixed the appointment but nobody visited even after 3 days then wrote an email to the customer services and explained the issue (if there are any issues in the product I need to replace in 7 days the pressure is always on in online mode) finally the representative visited demonstrated and said everything alright. In fact, the guy has shared his number for any new designs he can share them with a nominal price. A few of the places may not be easily accessible in that case the service person may take a few more days extra in that case the customer may lose the 7 days replacement option period which is really hell if there is any damage in the product. This is a big flaw otherwise the online is the best and the customer services are ok. The customer services are available in many languages better to pick your local language the reason is that even if you choose English that will be mostly connected to Hindi speaking representative and the call may disconnect later.
