These tablets help with my night-time dry mouth, lasting almost all night. I sometimes find it difficult to get them to adhere to my gum, but that could just be my sausage fingers.

I started suffering from a really dry mouth at night, which seems to be down to menopause. Fed up with waking up numerous times a night either because my mouth was so dry or because of all the water I had drunk, I thought I’d give these a try.I’m sooo glad I did.You place the tan side of the xylimelt against your gum at the side of your mouth.For a few minutes you think there is no way this is going to stay put and worry that you are going to possibly choke on it during the night. But after about 10 minutes it feels properly stuck on. In fact if I’m honest, the feeling of it stuck there the first night I tried it slightly freaked me out for a few minutes. If you think either of these would worry you I would suggest you try one during the day first just to reassure yourself, but honestly, there is nothing to worry about.What happens then is that the xylimelt slowly melts (I know, the clue is in the name!) over about 3-4 hours.They have a slightly sweet taste, but it is slight (there are also mint ones available if you prefer).As I mentioned above, before finding these little gems I use to wake up numerous times a night. Now I usually sleep through to around 3am, then wake, but not because of a dry mouth, but with just a normal level of dryness you’d expect at that time and that a couple of sips of water will cure.On night’s where I have then just gone back to sleep until the alarm goes off I have been fine, but my mouth can feel a little drier than I’d like when I wake up, so I quite often pop another one in at this time so that when I do wake up downing a glass of water is not the first thing on my mind.For me these xylimelts really are a life saver. They’re not cheap, but for a better night’s sleep, they are worth it and I never want to be without them. They are also recommended by the Sjogren’s foundation.I really hope this has helped you and that these help you to get some relief from your dry mouth.

Help to maintain saliva in mouth over night when I use my CPAP machine.

Unsure if they actually work, I use 2 or a night time, although I struggle big at the moment to sleep xx, when I do sleep, am unsure as to wether they actually keep my mouth. Salvilated.

These really work but not for very long. A few hours max. Useful tool for those suffering from a dry mouth.

I get a very dry mouth due to medication and it's particularly bad at night. I frequently wake up during the night coughing. I've tried having a drink nearby, mouth gels and sprays. They help a little but just don't last so I'm awake again after a few hours. Using one of these has made a really big difference and so far (night three) I've not woken up to cough. I was worried they'd irritate my mouth as I'm prone to ulcers but so far so good. I'm also glad there's a plain flavour as I hate mint - these are just slightly sweet (due to the xylitol) but with no other strong taste.It'd be nice if they were a bit cheaper though!

They were recommended to me but I found them uncomfortable and made my mouth feel like the back end of a bears ###

For anyone with dry mouth, this really works! I recently under went Chemo which destroyed my saliva. It was driving me crazy. I couldn’t drink enough water to eliminate dry mouth. I saw my dentist for cleaning and a checkup. He told me about this product and even gave me a pamphlet with 2 sample XyliMelts. That night I inserted one of the disks and I was blown away! It slowly dissolved all night and no dry mouth! I swear by this product. You won’t be disappointed! BTW; my dentist told me that saliva is totally needed to protect our teeth! My gums also were also impacted by the chemo. Without saliva, bacteria attack our teeth. So, it’s got a great taste, you can sleep with one on your rear tooth, prevents dry mouth and bacteria attacking your teeth. It’s a win-win!!

I LOVED this product I have tried a lot but nothing is as good. I fin 1 tablet is enough for me and it keeps my mouth moist all night definately worth the money.

I wish I had found this product years ago. My mouth was very dry nightly from medications that I take daily.I would always have a bottle of water on my night stand and have to sip it constantly, this meant added to trips to the bathroom. This product keeps my mouth moist and has greatly reduced the need for water during the night. I only use one and that works for me Very pleased.
