We used this starter culture to make great tasting Ryazhenka. It worked like a charm. It took a little while to arrive but it was worth the wait.

This product make a very substantial Greek yogurt, out of a 1/2 gallon of grass fed whole milk, I get three cups of thick yogurt and about two cups of whey after straining.
