I was a little wary of buying a refurbished computer online. However, I am very pleased with the purchase and delivery. I didn't want the expense of a new desktop computer but my old one was so slow it was annoying.I took a chance and am glad I did. The computer is fast, looks just like new, and is working great.

Only lasted 6 months!!! I trusted Amazon to much & I did not notice it was marked “renewed” This was a total loss of money!!! We used this computer for 6 months & then was in storage at a family member house so was not used for 6 months. When we moved I hooked everything up & after only 2 weeks the hard drive crashed. The warranty with Hewitt Packard expired in April 2019. Buyer beware!!!

Everything that came with this bundle was great eccept the main part, the desktop pc. From the beggining the booting time was ridiculously slow and not even 3 months after I bought it crashed with a 3F0 error. The HP tech checked it and told me I had to replace the hard drive. When we open the lid the hard drive had the word "bad" written on it. I tried to get in touch with these people through Amazon, I emailed their business and I called and never got an answer. I wouldnt buy anything from them ever again. Money wasted.

Arrived early,, plenty of installments in the computer starting out , Nice and crisp smooth in the operations every day popping in and out of programs applications. Office 365,, Bitlocker,, excellent addition added in the package.Mouse and Keyboard all lives up to expectations.Tech support polite, helpful assistance in set up very valuable.

upon receiving the Pc it did have some technical issues but was quickly resolved by Mike in the Tech Staff. he sent out what i needed in two day shipping and assisted me with install. once we got up and running everything was as smooth as it could be. would buy from this company again.

I was worried when they told me that it was refurbished but I have to tell you there is no difference that came in the original boxing it was packed superbly and it's seamless I'm so happy about it. The screen is not so Phenom of worried over it and yes I would like it until I come to think about it but you know what it's in my price range and you can't beat it. Plus it even came with a USB so I can easily transfer files if I need more space I can expand it

still making the same noise as before. NO help from seller nothing but silence
