Great price, nice big screen and the price was great!

Our practice ordered 4 of these refurbished All In One PCs which is perfect for doctor viewing rooms. they were shipped promptly. One had a loud fax and was making scratching noises. It was returned and the replacement was received in just a matter fo days very quickly. We are very pleased.

The wifi is not built in and it keeps going in and out. I'm connected one moment and then it's gone. Trying to get anything done on internet is a problem. Very disappointed in how it's unreliable and difficult to get anything done. Never bought a computer that had the external wifi from HP. Have had HP computers for over 25 yrs. with no problems. After buying this, I will now have to get it fixed by outside sources. The problem is not our connection as we have changed companies and the same problem remains!!

Dislike was the fact that on day to after setting the computer up, I got a notice on the screen to save my files as the hard drive was fixing to fail. And fail it did within two days. I debated the wisdom of sending the computer back for a new drive or taking it to a computer shop in the small town nearby. Being a bit lazy at my advanced age (84) I had my son take it to the shop and they had it up and running again with a new 500 gig HD in a matter of hours and a new operating system which I had lost.It was a tough decision as I wasn't all that happy with the breakdown. But with the machine now repaired I totally love it. I know with the turmoil of the time we live in even routine repair things are sometimes skipped and I also take that in consideration.In summation like I said I'm now very satisfied with the machine, HP has always been kind to me performance wise. Where I amazon however I would check out this repair/renovation shop and hesitate to pass along any more orders their way. Cost me two thirty five for the repairs which I thought was fair.

We were supplied a wireless mouse with this order but it doesn't work. I have tried contacting the company but no answer. If they would replace the defective wireless mouse that came with computer then there is no issues. Computer works well.

I never opend it , so hard to review. However, it never noticed it was used , hence voiding the manufacture warranty. So I returned it. Read reviews and be careful.

I'm finally rating this PC because I've just now ordered a 3rd computer and the first 2 I ordered work great. Recently I ordered from another vendor who had higher stars. It turned out to be a mistake. The machine wouldn't even start. I will stick with this vendor because the computers are affordable and most importantly, FAST!
