As good as the ones that are on the Steel Series website.
Like the headline states, it's pretty much the same great quality, just a little more "diverse" in the coloring of the band. Fits perfectly into the slots on the headset. It's brand-new, so it keeps the headphones on my head properly. Love the color. Good gradient if you have a specific aesthetic that has two colors that mix well together. Ignore the low stars of the other categories. They don't enhance "Noise Cancellation," or "Sound Quality." For gaming, if you have an old band, and your headphones are falling off when you turn your head a little too fast, then get a new band. It'll make gaming and being interrupted while gaming, a much better experience.

Knock off but worth it.
Definitely a knock off but fits great. I found the steel series logo pressed into the leatherette hilarious. If your stock band is worn out it's worth buying.

It Works
I was really hoping this would solve my apparently "big head" problem with stretching out the original band. Unfortunately this band stretched out immediately. It is cute though and will continue to use it.

Comfortable and looks good
The fabric used feels comfortable on the head and the elasticity is just right. The colour looks great too. Doesn’t feel cheap at all.

Loose!
Ordered a replacement for my Artic headset cause the OEM band had lost it's elasticity. This replacement band was just as loose and the one I'm replacing. 1 star for the cool color but 0 for the performance of the actual product

Great looking replacement (artics 7)
My artics 7 band was woobly and stretched, i bought this as a replacement, it is a little bigger than i expected, however it fits ok, and looks fantastic

stretches out really fast
So ive had this band for a little less than a month now and its already stretched out way too much kinda discomforting rn other than that i think the default head band was a better purchase as it lasted for about 3 months.

The perfect amount of red.
I love that they have given us the chance to replace the original black with green band. It gives gamers a chance to add our favorite color. However, mine was very dark and not as red or even maroon as I'd liked it to be. But it's still an awesome addition to my red/black gaming set up.
