Posting the review after 6 months of usage!The Inverter works really well and provided backup easily upto 5 hours and more depending on usage. I do not have fridge connected to use inverter in the event of power failure.Bare to no noise level, you'll only notice when there is power cuts and restores. Worth buying!Installation is pretty easy, one can do on his own depending on experties. Charging is also good.

Problem happen many times, but it resolved by Luminous. I think service is okay, but product is not that much reliable.

By the way, the item is very good but I have seen the Eco Volt Neo in the photo and the inverter is from Hercules.Battery backup is very strong, easy to install, no extra noise.I installed and my house lights went out, 3 fans and 3 bulbs in my house and charged 4mobiles, got 12 hours backup.And even though the power has not come, the backup is on.So I would like to ask the company to send the same inverter as shown in the photo, so that no one gets confused.

Delivered on promised timeline. Feeling bit high noise level. For other prospects I have to observe. Good service from the provider
