I bought these to wear while I’m doing house and yard work. First use, they paired easily with my android phone. Once paired they connect immediately when I put them in my ears. I like being able to wear them either singly or as a pair. Most of the time I use a single bud most because I like being able to hear other things around me. I wear both when I want to tune out loud things like my lawnmower or vacuum. They work well. The sound quality is good in my opinion. I like having the charging case so I don’t have to plug it in all the time. Some days I’ll be out painting for like 5 hours when the single bud I’m wearing will die… I just pop it in the case to recharge and wear the other one. They work good for me so far.

Charged up the case, and paired them to my phone.Lasted a whoping two seconds before the ear pieces stated low battery. Right at 30, left at 10%.Put them back in the case, and the left ear bud wouldn't take a charge. I get an indicator light that it is charging, but then quickly the light goes out while the right side indicator stayed pulsing.The right ear bud took a charge and works pretty good. The left has yet to take a charge no matter what I do. ( I know they are finicky sometimes)Accepted return with a wait time of 2 to 3 days after they receive them (that's normal)Hop back on to add another pair, and what do you know, went from 20 bucks to 40.Have been using Amazon for at least ten years. We have many refurbished electronics, even some we had to return.Usually they send another item first, and you can just toss the old in the box with, slap the return sticker that came with the replacement item and our usps guys takes it with him.Easy peasy.I am so disappointed in Amazon recently 😞Seems like the past couple years they have cut all the prime benefits we already pay for. Shipping prime has not been two or three days since covid, and now it's looking like they will send their garbage to you in hopes you just keep it, or turn around and charge you double when you dont.I guess knumbnuts needs more homes, cars, or spaceship parts.Dang, what happened to the immaculate response, customer service, prompt shipping, and actually getting what you order Amazon?We miss you.

Looks great, sound great, but the left ear will trigger its volume down control with out even touching it. Figured my hair or ear was brushing it just right. Tried tapping around the touch area to block touching but still didn't work to stop it. But if you have both in use or out of the port it won't change volume.

1st day review. 10/22'2020...Easy setup.Battery at 50%, so was able to check audio.Pairing, very easy: as described in Handbook.Audio not the best. I have a 3rd Party app that works for me.ANC not available on this Model. A new model is available on JLAB site.I never have been impressed with ANC on other Suppler's product.RTFM. The first pair I received:I purchased these to use during Zoom meetings / seminars. At first they were great, yet after only a couple hours I heard constant static. I switched to my old ear buds. I put these on to charge thinking maybe the battery wasn't full and tried them again after lunch. The same thing happened. I continued to use to see if static would clear and they lost connection. Tried the next day, same. I can't have that happening. I'm disappointed with this purchase. I went with this brand because I've had great results with their wired ear buds. Do not buy.Returned for a replacement pair which arrived quickly.The second pair:I didn't hear the static any more and the sound quality is okay. HOWEVER, THE BATTERY DIES AFTER 3 HOURS OFF USE. I have to resort to my wired earbuds during Zoom meetings / seminars when these die. And, the microphone will randomly stop working even when the battery is fully charged. I spent over 3 hours trying to record 20 minutes worth of content because of the mic. These are supposed to be designed for gaming. Any of the Gamers you know stop within 3 hours? Didn't think so. I'm disappointed all around and mad the battery life is so much less than advertised.

For the price, I wouldn’t necessarily purchase these again. I think the sound quality and the sad absence of what they called highly defined and boosted bass is a big let down. I have gone through like 6 different pairs of buds trying to find a pair with that super boosted bass in less than six months. I will be returning them unfortunately. They fit great battery life was awesome and the case was sweet but the overall sound quality was unsatisfactory for the price.

WoW these are durable! Game mode works But had better latency with other brands however broke after a few wash loads as these jlabs with game mode (low latency) 60ms. Have been through washer and dryer atleast 8 times in 3 years 😭👍

The description sounded great, but the actual product didn’t live up to the description or my familiarity of this brand’s products. Uncomfortable to use, didn’t pair to my devices easily (android or iPhone), and when I did get them to connect there wasn’t a consistent connection. I don’t return purchases often, but these had to go back.
