Amazing Crohn's diaper cover!
Ever since I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease I've had to wear adult diapers(which are an unfortunate necessity). Ever since my diagnosis I've been searching for a product that would help my diaper stay secure while moving around. Unfortunately the latex ones are disposable and squeeze too tight in areas that shouldn't be squeezed for any man wanting to have children. My wife suggested I try some full brief panties. I was very apprehensive and embarrassed at the mention from my wife that I wear panties(I had a tough time conceptualizing them). With the constant threat in my life of having horrible accidents I told her I was willing to try anything that might help. So, she got me the right size that would fit securely over my diaper and help keep everything in place. After many years of occasional accidents I decided I had nothing more to lose so I decided to take her advice and tried a pair on and I must say I was pleasantly surprised or as surprised as I could feel considering my situation. It was amazing how much of a difference they made. They fit nice and snug and definitely help keep everything in place and have already prevented 2 leaks that definitely would've happened had I not been wearing them. They are also extremely comfortable and soft. Way better than the disposable latex ones they sell on all incontinent product websites. I know this could be difficult for some people to accept but if you're in a situation that requires adult diapers and are having problems with them fitting right don't let your embarrassment keep you suffering from leaks. Trust me, up until 3 days ago, I would've never even considered these underwear as an option but now that they've been proven to work I couldn't imagine living without them. They do such an amazing job of keeping everything in place and preventing leaks without unbearably squeezing the diaper so tightly! I will never go back to the latex disposable ones ever again. Not to mention the amount of money that'll be saved. If one pair of these last longer than a week then they will have paid for themselves. Anyone out there that suffers incontinence from Crohn's should definitely consider what I'm saying. I know it sounds ridiculous but please just trust me. I was diagnosed in 2013 and have suffered from horrible side effects since then and these underwear have definitely made me realize something valuable in my life. It's harder to deal with constant leaks/messes than it is to deal with having to wear these over the diaper. I'm definitely grateful that my wife helped me with this and has always been very helpful with my medical problems and I'm forever grateful for her! She's the reason I'm still alive and fighting! Also, I truly hope that this review I'm leaving will help someone out there that's suffering and feels alone. You're not alone! Also, never ever feel embarrassed about what a disease may force your life to become. It's out of our control and was never chosen. So, there shouldn't be any bad feelings about having to use these products. Especially if it improves the quality of your life. So, this review is an attempt, in this horrible Crohn's adventure, to try and remove some of the stigma associated with adult diapers and no longer feel bad/embarrassed for the products my disease requires. I know I didn't choose this and all I can do is live my best life and that's what I'm going to do and I'm grateful there are a plethora of products to help me deal with these unfortunate circumstances. We don't get to choose our challenges in life but we do get to choose our reaction to those challenges. ✌️Update: Nearly 3 months in and I can never imagine going back. I'm also able to say(for the time since my diagnosis)not a single diaper has failed me. These underwear are tight where they need to be and stretch to shape perfectly over my diaper without allowing the leg gatherers to stretch and be a point of failure and also without tightly compressing my crotch. I'm making another order of these to ensure I'm set for years to come!🤞I'm truly blown away and grateful that these exist!💯

Super comfortable and high-waisted
These are my GO TO granny panties. Super soft, really high-waisted, and really lightweight and they don’t leave harsh panty lines either. Can’t recommend them enough! They’re not meant to be cute lingerie, but for everyday comfort. Also, very plus size friendly. For reference, I’m usually a size 20 or XXL in bottoms and carry a lot of my weight in my stomach. I wear a size 9 in these

Good quality
Well made. Nice cotton. Little large but will wash to see if they shrink a bit.

Sizing has changed - 7 is now 6
Unlike cotton panties my clothes just glide over these nylon panties. I am 65 yo with a flat booty and a bit of a tummy - 5'1', 125 lbs. The waist and leg elastic is soft and not too tight. The tummy has a tiny bit of a sag on me but it doesn't show under clothes. Best feature for me - no real wedgie. Buying a size that works for you is key; sizing up to 7 broke my heart but really fit me best. These are becoming hard to find so I am hoarding & hope Vanity Fair will continue to make them.Edit - 2 packs from different retailers were both huge - stamped size 7 but much larger than previous of the same size. Replaced with size 6 which are closer to the old size 7.

Great panty
Really like these panties. My waist and hips measure about the same so if I buy a 7 for my waist, they sit too high and don't have the support I like and a 6 in a lot of briefs is too tight in the waist. The elastic in the waist of these is stretchy enough I can wear a 6 and be comfortable. I'm sold!
