K & N Filters are the BEST! I actually have a K & N performance intake kit on my truck, and it is an amazing thing to have on your engine. My wife's car needed a new air filter, so I decided to go with the best and get the 1,000,000 mile lasting K & N air filter. Sure you pay more, but you absolutely get your money's worth and more by buying these filters. You only have to clean every 50,000 miles, it lasts the lifetime of your car, it improves HP and gas mileage, and you get a sweet K & N decal with it! How can you NOT love that? Installation was a breeze, the engine in my wife's car runs great now, and we're saving money and the environment by not having to repeatedly buy air filters and by saving on gas. I cannot recommend K & N enough- if you're going to have your car for a while and want to make a worthwhile investment- get the performance intake kit for your vehicle. If you're not sure, at least buy yourself this K & N air filter replacement, you WON'T be disappointed.

I like that it is a drop in replacement for the paper filters. I did not notice any difference in the drive, performance, or milage yet the product works as it is intended to.

fits snug to ensure the best air flow. haven't noticed a difference in gas mileage yet, but has a hint more horsepower, and doesn't jump as much when you floor it as well as better idling or less vibration also. Will update if anything goes south, but for now, very happy with the performance it enhanced on my 2005 xb

I bought this after having to replace my stock air filter every 2 months with the dust from all the road work on my commute. It paid for itself in 4 months, and then there is the bump in power; it's not neck snapping but its noticeable. You will also need the recharge kit to clean it every once in a while.

I got this for my Toyota Echo. Boy am I glad I got a lifetime one! Due to the subcompact nature of the Echo there are multiple hoses blocking access to the air filter, so bring your game face; there's 6 or so screws you have to undo. I also elected to change it out in the dark because I am a moron so that added a level of frustration. So if you're like me and do your own basic maintenance and you have an Echo, go with this filter hands down. You only have to mess with it once a year. And it boosts your performance and gas mileage. I get 39mpg city with this filter.

I have fitted a K & N filter to every car and motorcycle my wife and I have owned, and once again this one has proven its worth. Engine is more responsive and fuel consumption is (mildly) improved. Excellent fit, will be back again when we next change a car or motorcycle.

Excellent Product

I bought this for my 1.33 yaris as I'd previously bought one for a Corsa D 1.2, and on that it made a real difference. The 1.2 was mega gutless and the k & n made it much more bearable. On the yaris it knocked a couple of mpg off and made it feel like it had a sock stuffed in the inlet manifold. Took it out after a week and put the original back in. So a waste of money really.
