Just about! It is a tight squeeze to fit two Epipens into the case, the case would benefit from being slightly bigger. Although it is easy to get the Epipens out once unzipped.

No only case can only get pens on prescription

I wouldn’t say a bottle as it’s quite a tight fit with both pens. It does have a small zipper inside that maybe strips of antihistamines could go in
