operating system takes some getting used to- Not able to use Windows 10 system. Has its own unique operating systen

Fast internet access
Love my Acer Chromebook. As soon as you open the lid you can logon and on internet in seconds. Won't ever go back to laptops.

OS broke and unrecoverable inside 2 years
I bought two of these. On one the OS broke and its unrecoverable inside 2 years. Up to then they've been pretty good.

the purchased item did not work, I returned it and was told that there had been a spillage by the customer which had caused the inside of the circuit to burn, etc so since I had paid more than £300 for the laptop, i asked for the faulty laptop to be returned back to me if they could not repair it. However they did not have the courtesy to reply and paid me about £20??????!!!!

Absolutely stunning.
Utterly fantastic. Haven't used Windoze for over 10 years as Chromebook is better in every respect. This is our 4 the unit and is the best yet.

Beware it’s not as described when you use it. No touch screen and finger print reader is useless
There is no touch screen as advertised. The finger print reader can’t be used when booting up you have to manually put the password in as the finger print reader is disabled for boot up. You cannot use an external DVD player with it. Very disappointed
