I LOVE my new little (12.5") Super fast Business Class DELL PC!When searching for a PC this one hit all the hot points for me. I needed a small, FAST (16 gb ram) computer for my specific business need. I needed a small, very light-weight laptop that runs Windows10 Pro and NOT Windows 11! I have business software that requires Windows 10. However, I wanted a PC that can be upgraded to Windows 11 and as noted in my included picture this PC will upgrade to 11!I wanted a inexpensive PC that had the modern fast usb jacks on the side and access for wired networking as well a fast duel band WIFI,This PC looked to hit all the needed specs I was looking for so out of all PC's I ordered THIS ONE and happy I did!This PC offered prime next day shipping ( YES ONE DAY) Shipping ! So product arrived super fast and packed well.I was so impressed when opening the box as everything was packed perfect and protected very well in a air tube bag. The PC is beautiful and after close inspection I received MORE than I expected as this is a refurbished PC but it was so clean and looked brand NEW!I only see one tiny mark on the front edge of this PC ( picture included ) I wonder was this perhaps a factory mark when new? Regardless I expected a few scratches but no it looks NEW! I was actually amazed this PC to my eye looked brand new!I love the backlit keys that were in perfect condition and looked unused. Most refurbished laptops will at a minimum show marking or color change on the track pad or keys suggesting prior use but not this PC, looks NEW!On boot everything was fresh, fast and perfect, zero bloatware, no leftover strange software noting but a fresh, clean Windows 10 PRO install! Exactly what I was looking for, PERFECT! I found nothing strange during setup like I have experienced on so many past PC purchases but NOTE! Windows tries hard to make you upgrade to windows 11 when doing the first setup / update. Windows, almost IMO tricks you into choosing to upgrade to 11, just be aware and read what you are clicking when doing the first setup and first updates the first time! I love that I can upgrade to 11 as many / most other options I found would not allow 11 upgrading without side loading etc...I debated about the small size of this 12'5" screen. After a day with my new laptop I have some thoughts about the screen that IMO are important if you are considering this laptop as its perfect for my need but may not be perfect for your need.I would normally go big on my screen size. I love large screens for graphic art, even watching a movie but this tiny PC's size ( about the size as a sheet of copy paper and a tiny bit thicker than the pencil on its size) is perfect for my specific need. I need for my business on-site service calls and will go with me, carried easy in one hand when I am walking into a job site! This little PC wont take up much space on my customers crowded desktops so PERFECT size for my specific need. I like the size when I get home and need to use it on my crowded desktop or even in the bed at night as its more tablet size than PC size!The only negative I can find about this great PC is the screen. The look of this screen reminds me of my laptop screen of laptops I used 15+ years ago. I would suggest this is a BUSINESS CLASS 720 HD screen, NOT a 1080+HD screen. Being only 12.5" 720 HD you are limited to video greatness. Understand you don't get a mega bright, bold colors movie screen you may see on new made for home use laptops!If you are looking for a PC to watch HD movies at home on a regular basis or if you are looking for a PC to do critical video editing you may want or need a better, larger screen and can find better options but for my business needs and a occasional YouTube I am happy with my choice as I chose this PC for its small size and mega fast performance and low price point knowing the screen limitations.All in ALL I feel like I got MUCH, MUCH better than I expected when purchasing this PC.I honestly can't believe how fast this PC is, Fantastic fast!I can't believe how well it was packed and the as new condition! Very Happy!I can't believe how small and light-weight this tiny PC is. It's almost the size of a small tablet.My past experience suggest business class Dell products are built better and built for long life! Not consumer grade stuff you find in a big box.I am a very happy customer! Five stars!

Compared to buying a new laptop, this unit is a steal! Rugged, top of the line Dell machine. Came in perfect condition and appearance. Immediately updated it to Windows 11 with absolutely no problems.

Don't order anything with a HDD from this seller. SSD was fineOn closer inspection, it looks like the laptop is surplus intended for the Norwegian market.The replacement keys have faint traces of Norwegian letters like æ, ø and å.(If you zoom in on the attached photo you can see the faint outlines of a Euro symbol on the E-key.)Overall, I'm happy with the purchase as the features of the laptop outweigh the cosmetic quirks.P.S. upgraded to Windows 11 with no issues.P.P.S. After 4 months, the painted over keys were beginning to fade a little. I saw a cheap replacement keyboard on Amazon and thought why not? After a couple of hours disassembling and reassembling the laptop, I flipped it over and saw that the Enter key was pinned down.My keyboard has the European layout, with a vertical Enter key. US REPLACEMENT KEYBOARDS HAVE A HORIZONTAL ENTER KEY AND CANNOT BE FITTED IN A EUROPEAN CASE.So, I used the new keyboard as a donor and swapped the problem keycaps. See YouTube for videos on replacing Dell keycaps.I you do this, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DISASSEMBLE THE LAPTOP TO SWAP KEYCAPS. Be sure to get a 7280/7290 keyboard for a donor, 7250 keyboards have different caps.

Got this little laptop for my son because the school didn't want to let him take the cromebook around school anymore so I got this for him as an alternative. Works Great, gave it a bigger HD with no issue, does everything we needed.

Was supposed to be next day delivery. It took four days to receive it . Upon arrival, I open the box it seem like it was packaged well. Then I noticed the damage and the wear and tear. And the dust it was very dusty! Not even a category C refurbished maybe an F if it existed. With that all set aside, I was willing to give it a chance only because I was in need of the PC for work. The PC needed several updates. I spent hours trying to update it, and it would always fail and when it did finally try to update, it would overheat and shut off. At first, I thought the fan maybe was just really quiet at least I was hoping. Then after many times of overheating and shutting off, I finally heard the fan kick on one time for about five seconds, and it was extremely loud. And that was it never again did the fan turn on. All the screws was loose at the bottom and even one was falling out! I had to ship for a return. The seller did refund my money Immediately after they received the package. Just waiting for it to hit my bank account. Amazon says it could take seven business days. The seller provided a return slip for ground shipping. It took 6 days For the seller to receive it. Plus the 4 days of trying to make it work. It’s been two weeks and I’m still with out my money and pc. So I put up double the money this time and order a pc from Dell the company it’s self. And that’s going to take 18 days to receive it. If they are on time! I didn’t realize the BS that was involved with ordering a pc on line these days.
