Convenient choux
Beautiful mini eclair that removes the hassle and pressure of making them when catering for parties etc. After choosing a filling, I made a small hole, using a knife at one end. Using a nozzle and piping bag added the filling which I covered over with the melted chocolate topping.

Just awful. Deserves zero stars.
The media could not be loaded. I expected pleasant soft choux pastry with a degree of interior moistness as you’d expect in a choux bun or eclair. It’s actually hard and dry and crumbles to dust when squeezed - see the video. I expected it to be vacuum packed. It’s just in a cardboard box sellotaped each end so not air tight - see the photo.Most disappointing thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon and went straight into the bin.
