Good quality Palmyra Palm sugar
I use palmyra palm sugar as a substitute to cane sugar in my morning coffee. Palmyra palm sugar has low glycemic index compared to cane sugar and therefore will not spike the insulin levels too high. I find Palmyra Palm sugar to be better than coconut sugars which are marketed as Palm sugars. This Shastha brand Panam kalkandu is good quality and affordable . The granules are a little bit big and take time to dissolve, so I just grind them up in my food processor into finer granules and store it in glass jars for daily use
