It works very well, just use it then dry again for next use and repeat. Its perfect for filaments or any moist place which you want dry.

Decent one
Can't really see the effects of it for the purpose I've bought it on camera gears but they did change their color in couple of days of use and reactivated in oven without a problem for reuse.

Its dusty and health hazard
The silica beads are dusty and I found that reheating them is a health hazard due to cobalt chloride in the beads which give them a blue colour and can even cause cancer. So we cannot reheat them in a microwave in which we warm food. Having a separate microwave for just heating beads defeats the purpose and we should purchase a dry cabinet instead of these. I am not sure why there is no clear warning on the beads package of the health hazard it can cause so that anyone buying it can use it with correct precaution.
