One of the easiest and most straightforward repairs I have ever made: My RV couch cushion was sagging in one side. The stay wire connecting the wavy wire springs underneath had moved to one side poking through the fabric on the opposite side (separate repair). Used the stay wire and connectors to reattach to the springs. Done! Worked great! “Step by step” instructions were missing, but not needed. Used small channel lock pliers to crimp fasteners. No special tools required.

I emailed the company’s support email and within 6 minutes I had a reply consisting of an apology and asking for details to get me sent another 40 pack of clips. Get out your biggest heaviest pliers, heavy wire cutters, large electricians needle nose pliers and get to work fixing springs. A very straightforward process if you've got good tools, good light, and a comfortable place to sit.This wire helped but what REALLY helped was using channellock pliers and squeezing each of the U shapes in the metal. Effectively shortening the overall length and making everything tighten up.

Used for reupholstering bench seats

I had 2 of the support wires snap just from age on my sofa. This kit did the trick. It's also 2 gauges larger than the original wire, so it will probably last the rest of the life of the sofa. Much cheaper than paying $1100 for a new one.

I built a sofa with 10 gauge zig-zag springs in the seat. I wove the springs together with paracord, then tied them together with three 6-foot lengths of this wire and clips. I put more springs than average in this couch because my family is a bit heavy, so this kit didn't have enough clips to accommodate that, but for the average repair job, there should be plenty.
