I use this during my workout, single scoop does nothing. You will need to use 2 scoops with 400ml of chill water. Tastes decent and provides energy through the workout.

I had order this only coz of the ratio! Am a internationally certified fitness professional, u can go for this product way better then bigmuscles and baaki ka so called marketed brands which ain't giving u this value.

It provides 4:1:1 at this range is really awesome and work really well. Taste is also refreshing..

Great feedback must go for it

I dont feel much difference while using this BCAA (4:1:1). Just a little bump in the energy while working out and some electrolyte replacement. Flavour is not good, I am just using one scoop with more water and a lime to reduce its sweetness. Recovery wise its fine, better than some other cheap products. Nutrabay should look into improving the flavours or just give it raw.
