I was really impressed with this product! The package was easy to open, and the instructions were incredibly clear and straightforward. I ordered this product to test my cortisol levels. The test arrived quickly, the instructions were clear and had no issue with sending the test back to the lab. However, I mailed the test over two weeks ago, a little less than a week ago USPS marked the package as delivered. My Verisana page where I registered my test still shows the test has not been received. I’m starting to get worried I may never get results and probably got scammed.

Purchased the kit and it arrived 8/24, and I sent it back 8/26. It's now 9/4 and the sample still says it hasn't arrived. Customer service has not been helpful yet.The testing itself was very easy and the instructions were well written, but I am very concerned I paid almost $200 to not have my sample analyzed.EDIT: after seeing my review, a customer service agent reached out and we spoke at length about the process and feedback at every step of receiving results. I am changing from 2 to 4 stars based on this experience, and since I did finally receive results that my doctor and I are using to explore my hormone profile in depth.

**UPDATE** I changed my overall rating from 3 to 5 stars, as their customer service team was very helpful, sent me a new testing kit quickly and then refunded my money of the original test kit, for the trouble.I received the kit quickly, the test was easy and the instructions were clear. Unfortunately however, the kit I received had a barcode that was registered to a different type of test. I had already filled 4 test tubes with saliva throughout the day (each time spending ~20 minutes spitting into a tube for an adrenal fatigue test) when I registered my kit on the website and realized my kit’s barcode was registered for a hormone test (which requires a urine sample). So, my advice is to register your kit on the website FIRST and ensure the right type of test matches the barcode before spending time performing the test. I did contact Customer Service to see if we could update the barcode, but once a kit is registered with a specific barcode it cannot be updated or changed. Giving this 3 stars because customer service was very responsive and helpful, and sent a new kit out right away. It was just a bummer to have to start over and do the testing again, and wait longer for results.

I completed the test per the very thorough instructions and returned it, and after waiting a few days without seeing an update, I sent an email to the lab with my kit information to make sure that it had been received. Anel, the customer service rep from Verisana, responded promptly and let me know that my completed kit was received and assured me it was in process. Then, instead of waiting for me to be notified by the system, he emailed me back to let me know as soon as the results were available---outstanding customer service. (I told Anel that I wouldn't think twice about using them again should I need another test.)The test results were very easy to interpret, and the additional information they provide is excellent for a person reading the results (who isn't an endocrinologist.)

I received my results for my cortisol/adrenal test today. I thought I would receive a more detailed breakdown of what each value means and how it impacts my health overall. The information is interesting and I will doing more research on my own to understand the results better.The test directions were easy to follow.

Happy I ordered the test. I was looking for something like this for a while and am happy I decided on this product.Package includes all that is needed and lots of instructions! Do read all info before starting taking samples. This test required several salivary samples at certain times of the date. I set a phone reminder which worked great.I almost sent the test without registering on the portal so don't make that mistake. Test results will be sent to this portal and the order is needed to register. It's all very easy and straightforward.Results were super quick so that was a bonus and now I can take specific actions to support my hormonal balance rather than stabbing in the dark.
