Much better than Gatorade
Gator ade has 36,000 mg in 20 oz. This product has exactly 1/2 the sugar and the taste is excellent. It is more expensive, but if you can afford it - go for it you will not be disappointed.

WORKS AMAZING!
I don't care how they taste although the taste is definitely a plus! I'm chronically dehydrated and this is the ONLY thing I've tried that actually works so well. The day after drinking one of these I feel amazing. I've tried Liquid IV, gotten actual IV infusions, Pedialyte, Gatorade, Coconut water..you name it, I've tried it. There is something about the scientific makeup of this drink that compliments my body so well. Apparently, other people agree because everytime I go to QT to buy one..or 5...they're either sold out or nearly sold out. And for all the people saying they are so expensive, only on Amazon. They are very affordable anywhere else. I bought 4 yesterday at Racetrac for $8.65. This drink does EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT WILL DO "PREMIUM HYDRATION" Thank you so much to whoever makes this drink.
