These cups are well made and the vacuum seal is very effective. There is a failure rate when the vacuum is compromised if you wash them in a dishwasher however the failure rate is very low. I have purchased several and have lost a few while gardening however these are incredibly nice mugs… the neck down in the center helps maintain a very solid grip on the mug so it never slips out of your hand. I think it’s the best tea mug available.

Im a multi cup daily tea drinker and I cannot use any other tea mug. This is truly wonderful.Double wall glass keeps tea hot longer and so comfortable to hold.The size is also perfect.I owned several other similar mugs and they were too small I was always spilling hot tea.This makes a beautiful gift for all your tea lover friends. Add their favorite tea or honey - so practical and lovely.

I love this glass! But so did my sister. So I bought another one for her. Keeps hot drinks warm for a long time and cold drinks cold long as well. It’s also beautifully designed. Highly recommend.

Love Poom. I've been using these glasses on and off for a very long time. I love drinking tea out of them.Only problem I've ever had was sometimes the small hole made during the creation at the bottom not being properlysealed and water getting into the spaces inside but that is/was a rare occurrence.

I bought this for a gift for mu husband who doesn't like handles on his mugs. This is beautiful. for coffee, tea, espresso drinks. It's shape fits his large hand and mine as the hours glass shape is a quite pleasing fit. The heat of the hot beverage doesn't transfer so the beverage stays hot while you hand does not feel it. I imagine the same with a cold beverage but haven't tried it as it is winter cold here. The shipment came on time and is as expected. This with a blooming tea would make a great gift!

I love this tea cup, it is easy to hold, maintains the temperature on the inside but is not hot to hold! Happy with the purchase, it was delivered on time as promised in perfect condition. Would definitely order again.

It is slightly fragile and can be cracked easily. Otherwise it is a very cool cup
