Excellent value for the money. A great price on a reasonably solid sink. Had to buy a new drain because the one provided was too big, for my existing sink, but otherwise the faucet has been working great since I bought it three months ago. The swivel head is very convenient. No leaking and looks good. Probably not a lifetime faucet, but at this price it's affordable to update even if it only lasts a couple years. Finish is holding up with regular cleaning. Delivers great flow and makes washing your hair in the sink a a breeze. Doesn't overshoot the basin and has a nice consistent flow. Also the handle is very sensitive so you have a lot of control over the water temp and pressure.

This product arrived as described. When I was installing the faucet I discovered the water lines were too short. My wife contacted Jamcoly and they responded in an exceptional timely manner. They sent out the longer water lines to us with no additional charges. Due to me being sick I have not completed the faucet install. I plan to update the review when installation is complete. I recommend purchases from Jamcoly because of the impeccable customer service. They stay in contact with you until they know you’re 100 percent satisfied with their products!Update: the faucet installation is now complete. No issues. The faucet is perfect for the new bar sink I installed. It looks nice & has good water flow. This faucet is a great value & priced well.

It's a great little faucet. We installed it in our RV bathroom and it upped the fit and finish in our already nice bathroom. I'd buy it again if I needed a faucet. Would even be great in a Bar sink. Easy installation. Clean looking and feels expensive.

Not made for thin bathroom sink applications, so be warned. The rigid parts of the feed lines experience lateral pressure from the retention half-washer. The design simply isn’t made for a counter top or sink application where the retention needs to slide up closer to the faucet base - anything closer than about an inch is at risk. My improvised pacers also didn’t hold well.Company said to try it anyway, and I did. Of the two installed, one worked and one leaked. The leak occurred inside the base of the faucet so I don’t know if it was from the lateral pressure or just defective.If you get a defective one, contact the seller directly. I did, but only after processing a return with Amazon and it became a mess. Bottom line is they honored the claim and worked well with me to replace the defective one.So I do have both faucets installed on a skinny sink depth of maybe 1/3 - 1/2 inch, and there is substantial lateral pressure on the rigid part of feed lines. But so far it’s working after a couple of months of service.Other notes: Some or all internal parts start corroding immediately upon water exposure. When I replaced the leaky defective unit there was ample rust already present from only a few days exposure to water. My expectations are low for long term durability as a result, but they look nice and perform very well so far. Even with rust, I expect they likely last a few years, so might be worth the relatively low price given how good they are at helping when a defective faucet happens.

We have purchased 4 of these for our bathroom remodels. They are excellent quality with awesome customer service. These faucets have their own special water lines and we needed a longer set. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me an Amazon link to a longer set and followed up to make sure that they worked. Would definitely recommend!

Works well and very satisfied with our purchase. The water that comes out has a beautiful indentation that looks like a crystal waterfall. Recommend this product.

Was going to wait a year to post a review, but don't think I need to wait any longer. Bottom line - DO NOT BUY!!!! The faucet rusts and looks bad in very little time. I basically paid $40 to have a nice looking faucet for one month.Purchased this faucet July 2022. Rust started showing up within the first two months after install, although it was just a few spots. Photos show where the rust is at after 9 months of use as I write this review (it was a little over a month before we installed the faucet).At this price point I didn't expect it to last 10 years, but I thought 2 years was a reasonable expectation until we fully redo our bathrooms. For context, this is in my 7 year old's bathroom. Between school and after school sports, the bathroom is literally used twice a day Monday-Friday by only him, then more frequently on the weekends by the whole family since we are home. I wouldn't consider that heavy use by any means and would hate to see what the condition would be like if more people were using that bathroom or if we were home more. Very disappointed since it has a cute design, install was easy enough, and we haven't had any issues with leaks or dripping.We installed a second one of these faucets in another bathroom that is almost never used (think holiday parties only). Since we don't use that bathroom, I try to go in weekly to flush the toilet and run the sink. That faucet is in good condition on the outside, but if I miss running the water for 2-3 weeks the water comes out rust-colored for a moment before running clear. At first I thought this may be an issue with the pipes at that sink, but then realized we replaced a 30+ year old, builder grade faucet with this one and the water was never discolored - even if I forgot to run the water for over a month. So, the discolored water is definitely because of this faucet. It makes me a little concerned about the water quality in my son's bathroom, because obviously these faucets have finish issues on the outside and inside and who knows what is coming out in the water that he uses to brush his teeth. JUST DON'T DO IT. FIND ANOTHER PRODUCT.
