Refund following damaged product

Beautiful lampo
Was easily able to reduce the length of the chain and hang it in our porch. With a warm white led bulb fitted, looks great. And well made - its been installed for a couple of months now - subjected to freezing conditions and rain, no problem. Love the lamp.

What can do with an item from China
Love the product, however. Heartbroken that the glass was shattered within the packaging. Is it worth sending back to receive another broken light fitting.
