Q: what does it mean? .."Do not use it continuously for more than 10 minutes" over $200product but can't let the car sit on it for longer than 10 mins..

It means don't use the electric motor consistently for more than 10 minutes it would drain your car battery and burn up the motor in the Jack. It is an extremely high torque DC motor and requires time to cool off. If you are familiar with a welder it would be the equivalent of a duty cycle.

Q: Can this help me lift a 17ft box truck to change a tire?

It would depend on the weight being lifted. The Jack could not lift the rear side of a Toyota tundra. It just stopped working. Had to use a floor jack

Q: Can this unit be mounted upside down without losing fluid? thinking of mounting to RV frame to use as leveler.

When you turn the electro-hydraulic jack upside down, there will be a situation where the oil suction hole cannot absorb hydraulic oil because it is adjusted to the top. So don't use the electro-hydraulic jack upside down to avoid unnecessary losses.
