Her age doesn’t necessarily say anything about her size… I would say if she’s closer to 125 pounds she would probably be a small, if she’s closer to 100 pounds she would probably be an XS. I believe there’s a size chart that says the sizes and if you could measure her hips that would give you the best estimate of what size to get. I’m 5’1, 165 pounds and I get the medium/large and they fit fine.
